- The survey is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
- You must have a recent Food Lion receipt with a survey code to participate in the survey.
- The survey must be completed within five days of the date on your receipt.
- The validation code that you receive after completing the survey is valid for 7 days and can only be used once.
- The survey can only be taken once per receipt.
- You cannot transfer or sell the validation code.
- The validation code cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- Employees of Food Lion, their family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate in the survey.
- Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the survey will result in disqualification.
- Food Lion reserves the right to modify or terminate the survey at any time without notice.
